Before coming to your appointment!

Do NOT consume alcohol 24 hours before your appointment as it will hinder your results.
Laser Lipo and Body Cavitation are procedures that help tone, tighten, and contour the body. These procedures are for those who are working towards a healthier lifestyle, but cant seem to get rid of that stubborn weight.

Prior to have Body Cavitation you should drink at least 1 liter of water 24 hours before your treatment. Remember fat elimination is accelerated by the more water you drink!

After your appointment!

Avoid consuming alcohol 48 hours after your appointment as it will slow down the process of fats released by treatments.

Exercising for at least 20 minutes after treatment stimulates your lymph node and will help you achieve the best results.
